History

HOA Management was founded by, and still consists of Board members, volunteers, and residents in area communities. We understand the realities and frustrations confronting neighborhood associations, whether it's repairing a border fence for the N^th time, dealing with barking dogs, or filing liens for non-payment of dues.

With over eight years of experience, we've seen, heard of, and handled just about everything.

We pledge to:

Communicate: It doesn't sound hard, and it shouldn't be. We'll return any call or email within one business day. If it's a task or requirerment that will take more than one day to complete, we'll keep you updated on the status.
Follow-Through: When we send out a violation notice, we'll check to make sure it's been resolved. If we get a report about the community pool being dirty, we'll stop by and make sure it's been cleaned.
No Jargon, just Common Sense.: You don't need to hear the latest buzzword or corporate-speak. We'll answer your (and homeowners') questions in plain English.; You won't be left scratching your head trying to understand monthly reports. If it takes an accounting degree to understand them, then we did something wrong.

We're here for the long haul, just like you — when you're paying for a home for thirty years, you shouldn't have to worry about falling property values after five.

We work hard at keeping our employees happy too. Each of our account managers handle a maximum of five communities; it keeps them from being overloaded, and ensures that you don't get lost in the shuffle.

Our Competitors

Why pick us over one of our competitors? One simple reason: we know what you're going through (having been there ourselves as Board members), and sympathize.

We're not going to air the dirty laundry of other management companies, or *cough* [mention names] *cough*. It's counter productive, and unprofessional. If you've worked with another management company before, we're nothing like them.

We are your employees; we'll work they way you want us to, not according to any pre-set company process (although we have several you can choose from!) If you want to be partners or need guidance, we're happy to help. If you want tough enforcement, we can do it. If you want to ease back and celebrate the land of the free, we can do that too.
